So I’m kinda really annoyed now
My manager said she may (and by may she means probably) will withhold my appraisal for my promotion. First she said that it was because my sales last week were down and I explained that they would be better but my biggest sale of the night, the ear piercing I preformed, was taken by the assistant manager, she rang it up under her number. Then she said explain my last few weeks sales which were average, rather than above average like last year. Last year I was doing triple the amount of hours a week that I’m getting now. Then she brought up that I don’t seem all happy and I don’t talk to her as much. How happy would you be if your friends are leaving and you’re getting shit hours and all the people who the manager doesn’t trust and nine times out of ten don’t come in are getting all the hours.
